ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE,

22 May 1890.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled

an Ordinance to amend the law relating to infant vaccination

and to provide for the Registration of persons vaccinated in the

Colony

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

Governor's Instructions.

2. This Ordinance repeals that of 1888 (No. 1 of 1888) and re-enacts it with alterations.

Having regard to this climate, it has been thought undesirable to insist on re-vaccination between this...
